This Watermelon, Mint, Feta and Balsamic Glaze is so simple and very refreshing on a hot summer's night.
8 (roughly 4 by 2-inch) pieces seedless watermelon
2 tablespoons mint leaves, chopped
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar glaze
1Mix watermelon, feta and mint. Drizzle with Balsamic glaze and serve.
