There is nothing better than a grilled quesadilla. These Tomato & Green Chili Quesadillas are filled with gooey melted cheese, tomatoes and spicy green chilis. It's one of my favorite things to have for lunch.

Ingredients
2 tomatoes, chopped
Two 4 ounce or one 7 ounce can chopped mild green chilies
4 soft taco-size (8- to 10-inch) flour tortillas
1½ cups Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
Directions
1To make quesadillas, grill them on a nonstick griddle on both sides until golden. Cut each quesadilla into wedges.
