This Ravioli Casserole is my "lazy" lasagna. It's a combination of ground beef, cheese, pasta sauce and cheese ravioli. I have also made Spinach Artichoke Ravioli Casserole, which is also quick and easy to make. This is perfect for a family weeknight meal.

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
25 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
26 ounces pasta sauce
1½ - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
1Preheat oven to 425° F degrees.
2Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
3In a skillet over medium heat, brown and crumble beef with the onion and Italian seasoning, then drain excess grease.
4Layer one cup of pasta sauce on the bottom of the dish.
5Then add half of the frozen ravioli.
6Then add half of the beef mixture.
7Next add half the cheese.
8Repeat layering with one cup pasta sauce, remaining ravioli and beef mixture.
9Then add remaining pasta sauce and top with remaining cheese.
10Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
11Remove aluminum foil and continue to bake for another 8 - 10 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and cheese is melted.
