A friend of mine came over for drinks and brought these delicious Parmesan Crisps. They make a great low carb, gluten-free snack, and are also good as a topping for soups or salads. Here is the ridiculously easy recipe.

Yields: Makes 8 to 10 crisps
Ingredients
½ cup grated Parmesan
Directions
1Preheat oven to 400° F.
2Pour a heaping tablespoon of Parmesan onto a silicone or parchment lined baking sheet and lightly pat down. A silicone baking sheet is highly recommended. Repeat with the remaining cheese, spacing the spoonfuls about a ½ inch apart.
3Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden and crisp. Cool.
