These Leftover Stuffing Waffles are absolutely fantastic. Just think of all the ways you can eat this - with gravy, mashed potatoes, cheese, poached egg, etc... The possibilities are endless.

Gravy

Mashed Potatoes

Shredded Turkey

Cranberry Sauce

Poached Eggs

Directions

1If your stuffing is moist (it holds together nicely when shaped into a ball), just go ahead and put directly into the waffle iron. If it's dry/crumbly, consider adding a bit of chicken stock or lightly beaten egg to it before cooking in a waffle iron.

2Place some stuffing in a waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy.

3Top stuffing waffles with desired reheated leftovers and a poached egg.
