Last week, I made Hot Reuben Dip and this week, it's Hot Cuban Dip. It captures all the flavors of the iconic Cuban sandwich in a dip. It's made with a creamy base of cream cheese and mayonnaise, studded with chunks of ham, Swiss cheese, and tangy pickles, and baked until bubbly and golden brown.

Ingredients
1 cup ham, cubed
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
6 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
¼cup sour cream
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons yellow or Dijon mustard
½ cup dill pickles, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
Directions
1Pre-heat oven to 400°F
2In a large bowl mix together ham, cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, yellow mustard, pickles and Swiss cheese.
3Mix until well combined.
4Spread mixture in oven proof baking dish.
5Bake for 20-25 minutes until top is golden and edges are bubbling.
