Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving!  Well, we are now sitting around post Thanksgiving dinner feeling very full and tired.  I must say I get less stressed cooking dinner for 100 people than Thanksgiving.  I attempted to make Paula Dean’s Sweet Potato Balls and mid way through, after making the first mistake changed the entire recipe to baked sweet potatoes with marshmallows on top.  This took 2 hours and I ended up using way too many pots and pans.  What was I thinking?  I could not have gotten through the day without my lovely husband, Eric.  He did all turkey related culinary tasks and did a wonderful job cleaning up.  Now I need to go sleep this off!
