Tuscan Sausage Pasta is comfort food at its best, perfect for a chilly autumn night. It's a combination of pasta, Italian sausage, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach in a rich cream sauce. It's ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
8 ounces penne pasta
1 pound ground sausage
2 cups heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 cups spinach, chopped
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
Directions
1Bring a large pot to boil and cook the pasta according to package directions.
2In a large skillet add the sausage. Cook and crumble until it is no longer pink. Set aside on a plate.
3Add the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Whisk over medium-high heat until it starts to thicken. Add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes and let it simmer until the spinach starts to wilt. Add the sausage back to the pan and add the pasta and stir until heated throughout.
