Turkey Brie Avocado Sandwich with Cranberry Mayo is the perfect turkey sandwich to serve your guests at a luncheon. The cranberry mayo adds a delicious tartness.

Ingredients

Sandwich

12-16 slices oven-roasted turkey breast

8 ounce package brie, cut into ¼ inch thick slices

8 slices bread of your choice

Cranberry Mayonnaise

⅓ cup whole cranberry sauce

¼ cup mayonnaise

½ teaspoon lemon juice

¼ teaspoon salt

Directions

1Spread the cranberry mayonnaise on the 8 slices of bread.

2Distribute the turkey across the 4 slices of bread, then the brie and avocado.

1Combine the cranberry sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.
