This Sweet Chili Garlic Glazed Salmon is a quick weeknight recipe. The salmon is glazed in chili garlic sauce, green onions, brown sugar, and soy sauce. It can’t get any easier.
Prep: 5 mins
Cook: 15 mins
Yields: 4 Servings
Ingredients
3 tablespoons chili sauce with garlic (I use Huy Fong Chili Garlic Sauce)
3 green onions, minced
1½ tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
4 salmon fillets
Directions
1Preheat oven to 450° F. Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; brush half of chili sauce mixture over fillets. Place fillets, skin sides down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
2Roast the salmon for about 12 minutes, then brush with remaining chili sauce mixture. Roast for about 2 more minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
