This easy Rosemary Salmon with Mustard-Maple Glaze has six ingredients and is great for a busy weeknight. It has loads of flavor. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids and a great source of protein.

Ingredients
4 salmon filets, skin removed
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup whole-grain mustard
1 tablespoon balsamic or red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
1Preheat the broiler with the oven rack 6 inches from the heat. Whisk together the rosemary, maple syrup, whole-grain mustard, balsamic vinegar, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
2Pour half over the salmon skewers and flip the skewers to coat. Let marinate at room temperature for at least 10 minutes and up to 30 minutes.
3Place the salmon in the center of a heavy-duty aluminum foil-lined baking sheet. Brush the salmon with about 2 tablespoons of the honey mixture.
4Broil 4 minutes; remove from the oven, and brush the salmon with about 2 tablespoons of the honey mixture. Return to the oven, and broil 4 more minutes. Remove from the oven, and brush the salmon with the remaining honey mixture. Return to the oven, and broil 2 more minutes. Drizzle with any remaining maple syrup mixture. Serve immediately.
