This Parmesan & Gruyère Roasted Cauliflower recipe is a great snack or side dish. Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower
3 Tablespoons olive oil
kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan
1 cup fresh grated Gruyère
Directions
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Chop head into florets and discard stems. Place florets on sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Toss and bake for 30 minutes, tossing once. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 1-2 minutes. Season to taste.
