Parmesan Chicken over Egg Noodles is the definition of comfort food. My brother-in-law Russell was visiting and made this recipe. My pickiest daughter even loves it!

Ingredients
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
6 Tablespoonsflour
6 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt & pepper, to taste
6 Tablespoons butter
12 ounces egg noodles
Directions
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
2In a small shallow dish combine the flour, cheese, salt and pepper. Mix together.
3In an 8x11 inch baking dish, put the butter in the oven until melted. Dip the chicken in the melted butter and then in the flour mixture, coating both sides of each breast.
4Place chicken back in the buttery baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then turn chicken pieces over and bake for another 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
5Meanwhile, boil water and cook egg noodles as per package directions.
6In each bowl, put cooked egg noodles and toss them with butter. Top with the Parmesan Chicken.
