We just got back from a wonderful trip to Maine and our friend Lynda made this incredible 7 Layer Dip. It's one of those dips you can't stop eating! Here is Lynda's recipe.

Ingredients
16 ounce can refried black beans
1 cup salsa, drained
1 cup sour cream
2 - 4 ounce cans diced chiles
1½ cups grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced
2 cup Mexican blend cheese, shredded
3 scallions, sliced
Directions
1In a 7×11 pan, evenly spread the refried beans.
2Gently spread the salsa next, being careful to not press it into the beans.
3Then spread the sour cream, and top with chiles, tomatoes, cheese and green onions.
