Lobster Tails with Basil Butter

Cooking lobster is not as difficult as you may think. Lobster tails can be grilled, broiled or steamed. I steamed these and served them with fresh basil butter. You’re on your way to a delicious, restaurant quality meal, in the comfort of your own home!

Ingredients

4 lobsters tails

1 cup butter

½ cup fresh basil, chopped

salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Directions

1Cook lobsters in 2 large pots of boiling salted water until shells are pink and lobsters are just cooked through, about 11 minutes.

2Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan. Add the basil. Season with salt and pepper.

3Serve lobsters with lemon wedges and warm basil butter.
