Gordon Ramsay’s Turkey Pasta

Gordon Ramsay's 10-minute Turkey Pasta is obviously quick to make, though it took me slightly longer because I used dried pasta instead of fresh. It has leeks, shallots, and sage, which gives it a wonderful aromatic depth of flavor. It's then topped with buttery, sage-infused breadcrumbs.

- Yields: 4 Servings
Directions
1Bring a saucepan of salted water to a boil so it'd be ready for the pasta in a few minutes.
2Put the olive oil in a hot skillet and sauté the shallots, leeks, and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the ground turkey and the sage leaves and sauté until the turkey is no longer pink. Add the cream and simmer. Serve over the pasta and add some grated lemon zest, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Breadcrumbs
1Add 2 tablespoons olive oil to a small skillet and then add the breadcrumbs and sage. Sauté until it’s bubbling, then remove it from the heat.

Love this recipe. Easy and delicious. A good use of my garden leeks and sage.

Great recipe, delicious! Took every bit of an hour but I’m slow chopper. I added 1 fresh chopped portobello first to evoo, cooked for a minute or 2, then added b. crumbs & sage.
Probably used double the sage, but my leaves were small & we love fresh sage. Always looking for new ground turkey or chicken recipes Will definitely make again.
