My brother David makes a lot of overnight oats, which make a great grab-and-go breakfast. This version uses strawberries, banana chips, and organic banana milk. The oats are soaked overnight, which makes them soft and creamy.

  • Prep: 15 mins
  • Yields: 6 Servings

Ingredients

4½ cup rolled oats

3/16 teaspoons (Smidgen) sea salt flakes

3 cups organic banana milk

2 cup frozen frozen strawberries

36 grams bare baked crunchy simply banana chips

2 tablespoons frozen Apple juice concentrate

6 - 12 ounce mason jars

Directions

Fill each jar with:

1rolled oats

2sea salt flakes

3Mix salt with oats in each jar using a butter knife.

Prepare Wet Ingredients:

1In a blender, add banana chips, frozen strawberries, frozen apple juice concentrate, and banana milk.

2Blend ingredients for 1 minute.

3Add ¾ cups of wet ingredients to each jar.

1Stir the wet and dry ingredients with a butter knife until completely mixed.

2Cap each jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
