She made the curry sauce with coconut milk, curry paste and yellow curry powder, l am trying to find the recipe. Funny I just watched this on TV and looked the meal up and yours was the first to pop up.

On a hot August day, my wife and I didn’t want a hot dish. So I just turned the curry sauce into a creamy Thai salad dressing and served the meal as a room temperature salad. The only element I changed was using brown rice.I’m more of an animal protein eater than my wife, so I added some Thai marinated grilled shrimp.

I did the same and this dish is amazing! I had actually forgotten about it for a while (how? I know!) and came across it in my recipe box today. Thanks for the primer as I had only listed ingredients so the refresher on the process is appreciated. You’re the only resource out there for this one!
