My brother-in-law, Todd, made this Cream Cheese and Olive Dip. I am not a fan of olives, but if you are, you will love this dip. I really wish I liked olives!

Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese
5 ounce jar of olives with pimento, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs
2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
1/8 onion, finely minced
Directions
1Mix cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add onion, mayonnaise and olive juice to bring to spreading consistency. Stir in chopped olives. Chill.
2Serve with crackers. This dip also makes a wonderful sandwich spread.
