This Citrus Glazed Salmon has a sweet and tangy flavor. The salmon is brushed with a mixture of orange marmalade, orange, lemon and lime juices, soy sauce and brown sugar and then broiled.

Ingredients

4 (6 oz) pieces of salmon

½ cup orange juice

¼ cup lemon juice

¼ cup lime juice

¼ cup orange marmalade

2 garlic cloves, minced

3 Tablespoons soy sauce

¼ cup brown sugar

1 Tablespoon cornstarch

1 Tablespoon water

Directions

1Preheat the broiler.

2In a medium saucepan whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, orange marmalade, garlic, soy sauce and brown sugar.

3In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water.

4Slowly stir into the marinade and bring to a boil over medium-high heat until the mixture starts to thicken. Remove from heat.

5Position a rack in the center of the oven. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the salmon on the baking sheet. Drizzle the glaze on the salmon. Loosely cover the salmon with another piece of parchment paper. Broil until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, 12 to 15 minutes.
