Cheesy Ranch Potatoes

These Cheesy Ranch Potatoes make a delicious side dish. You can make them in an Instant Pot or Stovetop. It's perfect for a barbeque or any potluck meal.

Directions
Stovetop Instructions
1Add the cubed potatoes to a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring the potatoes to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high and boil for about 10 minutes just until tender.
2Drain the potatoes and stir in the seasoned salt, ranch dressing, cheese and bacon. Top with parsley.
Instant Pot Instructions
1Pour 1½ cups of water into the bottom of the Instant Pot.
2Place potatoes into a steamer basket. Lower the steamer basket into the bottom of the Instant Pot.
3Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure the valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 1 minute. When time is up let pot sit 5 minutes and then move valve to venting. Remove the lid.
4Remove the steamer basket.
5Drain the potatoes and stir in the seasoned salt, ranch dressing, cheese and bacon. Top with parsley.
