I made these Cheesy Pickle Chips and my family went crazy. It's so quick and easy to make and it's a Keto recipe. You just put some grated cheese in a muffin tin, put a pickle on the cheese, sprinkle with ranch seasoning (you could use your favorite season), top with more cheese, and bake for 10 minutes. As Ina would say, how easy is that!

Ingredients
dill pickle chips
cheddar cheese or Colby jack, shredded
ranch seasoning
standard muffin pan
ranch dressing, for dipping
Directions
1Preheat the oven to 375° F.
2Drain 12 pickle chips by placing them on a paper towel.
3Sprinkle some freshly grated cheese in the muffin pan. Add a pickle chip to each one and sprinkle with ranch seasoning. Top with more shredded cheese.

You are spot on! I also make them with pickled jalapenos instead of pickles. Every time I make these people rave about them.
