I saw this Cheesy Brussels Sprout and Bacon Bake on Diane Morrisey's Instagram account and she dared anyone to make it and not take a bite right out of the pan. Well, she was right, I did do just that. This is just a great combination all done in one pan. I dare you to make it!

Yields: 6 Servings
Ingredients
5 slices bacon
3 tablespoons butter
1 small onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
2 - 3 pounds Brussels sprouts, halved
Kosher salt and pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
1½ cup heavy cream
½ cup sharp white cheddar, shredded
½ cup Gruyère, shredded
Directions
1Preheat oven to 375° F.
2In a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy. Drain on a paper towel and then chop.
3To the drippings add the onion, garlic and Brussels sprouts and season with salt, pepper, cayenne and paprika. Cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 10 minutes.
4Remove from heat and drizzle with heavy cream, then top with both cheeses and bacon.
