Ingredients
25 mini fresh mozzarella balls
25 cantaloupe balls
25 mint leaves
balsamic glaze
bamboo skewers or toothpicks
Directions
1Using 3″ bamboo skewers or toothpicks, layer your ingredients starting with the mozzarella balls, then a folded mint leaf followed by a cantaloupe ball.
2Line a tray with your finished skewers and refrigerate or serve right away.
3Drizzle with balsamic glaze right before serving.
