Broiled Shrimp Vermouth is a very simple, yet flavorful way to make shrimp for any party. Your guests will love them. It couldn't get any easier.
½ cup dry vermouth
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup freshly grated ginger
1 clove garlic
36 large shrimp
2 Tablespoons olive oil
chives, chopped (optional)
1Combine vermouth, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a bowl. Add shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and marinate, 20 minutes to 1 hour.
2Preheat broiler with rack 5 to 6 inches away from heat.
3Drain shrimp and brush with oil, dividing evenly. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Broil, until cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
4Serve sprinkled with chives, if using.
