1 head broccoli, cut into florets
1½ tablespoons miso paste
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 green onion, finely chopped
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1-2 tablespoons water

Directions
1Blanch the broccoli in boiling water with some salt for 3 - 4 minutes, or longer if you prefer. Drain and rinse well under cold water, and set aside.
