Blue Cheese Pecan Dip

I recently had Trader Joe's Blue Cheese Roasted Pecan Dip. It is outrageously good and very addictive. Here is a version you can make at home if you are unlucky enough to not live near a Trader Joes.
- Prep: 10 mins
- Yields: Makes about 1 cup
Directions
1Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth. Beat in dressing and sour cream. Stir in pecans and crumbled blue cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer dip to a bowl.
2Serve with crackers, bread and cut up vegetables.
Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.

I’m (very) late to this thread. This is by far my all-time favorite product at TJ’s. As you all know – this product has been discontinued. I’ve tried all copycat recipes and still feel something is missing. I love to cook and when this product was stocked, I tried to make it in 2017. I don’t remember seeing parsley in the ingredients or even specks of it in the dip itself. I thought there was Worcestershire in it but that just made it too sweet. I’m guessing its the type of blue cheese they’re using that is factoring in the flavor. Any suggestions you have, I’m all ears, err eyes.

Bring it back. Always sold out. Had to buy 3 at a time and hide or husband would eat too fast!##
I am told to ask every shopping trip and Internet weely! Please please bring it back or sell on line##

Oh NO!! I hate when they discontinue things! They sometimes discontinue it in certain stores if it’s not selling well.

* 1/3 cup pecans
* 1/2 cup blue cheese
* 3 Tablespoons sour cream
