When you are asked to bring dessert to a dinner party and it's too hot to bake anything, this Berries With Lemon Crème Fraîche & Dark Chocolate is the perfect dessert for a hot summer day. Crème fraîche is a soured cream. It is soured with bacterial culture, but is less sour than U.S.-style sour cream, and has a lower viscosity and a higher fat content. It is quite tangy and can be used cold or stirred into hot sauces. If you can't find Crème fraîche, Greek yogurt would be a good substitute.
