Ingredients
4 portobello mushrooms, sliced into strips
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
1In a plastic ziplock bag combine the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, black pepper and salt. Put the mushrooms in the marinade. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes or as long as overnight.
2Preheat the grill to medium-high heat; remove the mushrooms from the marinade and place them on the grill pan. Grill for until they are soft and tender approximately 5 minutes on each side.
