This Baby Zucchini Sautéed with Garlic & Balsamic is quick, easy and very flavorful. Prep: 30 mins Cook: 5 mins Yields: 4 Servigs Ingredients 12 ounces baby zucchini, sliced in half lengthwise 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided 2 large cloves of garlic, minced salt and ground black pepper, to taste Directions 1Whisk together the balsamic vinegar and 1 tablespoon oil.
