Imagine crispy, salty prosciutto cups filled with creamy goat cheese. It's a delightful combination of textures and flavors, perfect for a single-bite appetizer.
Here are some variations:
Sweet and Savory
Add a touch of sweetness with dried figs, sliced pears, or a drizzle of honey.
Herby
Mix chopped fresh herbs like thyme or chives into the goat cheese for an extra flavor boost.
Spicy Kick
Sprinkle a pinch of red pepper flakes or a drizzle of sriracha on top for a touch of heat.

Ingredients

2 packs prosciutto

2-3 ounces goat cheese

3-4 sprigs fresh thyme

3-4 tablespoons honey

olive oil spray

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350° F.

2Spray a muffin sheet (small muffin size) with olive oil spray.

3Tear prosciutto slice to line each muffin cup completely. I found with the small muffin sheet, one slice of prosciutto could cover 2-3 cups.

4Once all cups are lined with prosciutto, bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

5While the prosciutto is baking, chop the goat cheese into small cubes that will fill the center of each cup. Remove stems from thyme.

6Once the cups have baked and are crispy and firm, remove from the oven. Cool for 5 minutes.

7Delicately remove each cup from the muffin tin and set on your serving plate.

8Add goat cheese into each cooled cup. Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves and lightly drizzle honey.
