This Roasted Broccoli and Cherry Tomato side dish is effortless to make. It's all tossed together, roasted on a sheet pan and topped with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
2 bunches broccoli, cut into florets
1 medium shallot, roughly chopped
1-pint cherry tomatoes
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
⅓ cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
1Preheat oven to 450° F.
2Add broccoli, shallots, tomatoes, garlic, red pepper and oil into a large bowl.
3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4Toss to coat and spread onto a large baking sheet.
5Roast until tender-crisp and lightly golden brown, about 18 minutes.
6Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the broccoli and serve.
