Korean Cheesy Corn

Tired of the same old corn on the cob? Try this amazingly delicious Korean Cheesy Corn. It's super simple and can be made in advance to pop in the oven later.

  • Yields: 4 Servings

Ingredients

4 ears fresh sweet corn kernels

⅔ cup mayonnaise

8 ounces mozzarella, shredded

1 tablespoon sugar

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1Preheat oven to 400˚F.

2Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir together.

3Pour mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.

4Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture melts and bubbles.

5Remove from oven and cool for about 10 minutes.
