Chicken Parmesan

My daughter, Grace, has been amazing while I’ve been doing chemo. She’s made many dinners, cleaned the kitchen, organized the pantry, and brought me snacks and cold drinks. She asked me what sounded good (which is basically nothing), I thought Chicken Parmesan might do the trick. She did a great job.
