Breakfast in a Can!?

I know we live in the land of conveniece, but this is crazy – yes, I bought some!  I really couldn’t help myself.  The nutrition label says each can contains 8 servings, and it’s carries the USDA “Organic” stamp. Gee, if it’s organic, it must be good for you!

The Batter Blaster website comes with a video showing you how to use this. It also has instructions on how to cook pancakes. http://www.batterblaster.com/ I, of course, tested it out on my soon to be 12 year old, Grace.  She said it was nasty, but quite enjoyed the act of squirting it on the sizzling griddle.

Basically, don’t go there.  If there was a good “instant” cassoulet in a can, then maybe, but pancakes aren’t that time consuming / hard to make!
