Ingredients
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups cake flour, plus more if needed
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Semi sweet chocolate, melted for dipping
Directions
1Cream the butter and the sugar together until pale, then beat in the eggs and vanilla.
2In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients, then add to the butter and eggs.
3Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5Roll out dough and cut into shapes.
6Bake for 8 to 12 minutes. Once cooled, dip in melted chocolate.
