Sticky Bacon and Sage Wrapped Cocktail Sausages

I always have cocktail sausages in the fridge. You never know when you're going to have a party! These Sticky Bacon and Sage Wrapped Cocktail Sausages are really good and don't last long.

  • Yields: Makes 30

Ingredients

9 slices bacon, cut into 3 pieces

30 small sage leaves

12 package cocktail sausages

1 tablespoon maple syrup

2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Directions

1Preheat oven to 425° F

2Lay the sage leaf on each piece of bacon and roll around the sausage.

3Place seam side down in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

4Roast, flipping halfway through until bacon is crispy, 20 to 25 minutes.

5Transfer to serving platter, drizzle with maple syrup and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
