1Soak the potatoes in cold water. Cook them in boiling water for about 10 minutes until the potatoes are translucent and cooked, watch out not to overcook them so they break, soak them in cold water again
2Drain the potatoes and put into a big bowl, add sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, chili, garlic, green onions, cilantro and mix everything well.
