Salmon with Lime, Honey, Ginger and Jalapeño Glaze
May 14, 2020
Every time I make salmon, I seem to make it in a different way. I have always loved anything that is sweet, tangy and spicy. This Salmon with Lime, Honey, Ginger and Jalapeño Glaze ticks all those boxes. It's so simple to make and is really good.
- Prep: 5 mins
- Cook: 15 mins
- Yields: 4 Servings
Directions
1Preheat the oven to 425° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
2Combine the olive oil, lime juice, honey, garlic, ginger and jalapeños in a small bowl.
3Pat the salmon fillets dry using paper towels. Brush a 9-by-9-inch baking pan (or other similar-size baking pan or dish) with olive oil, then place the fillets in the pan, arranging them evenly without crowding. Brush the fillets generously with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Pour the glaze and jalapeños over the salmon, spooning some of the glaze onto the fish as it collects in the bottom of the pan.
4Roast the salmon for about 12 minutes, then spoon the glaze in the pan over the salmon, and sprinkle with salt.
