This is one of my favorite ways to serve tomatoes. These Roasted Tomatoes on the Vine are absolutely delicious served with fresh buratta cheese and slices of grilled baguette. It can't get any simplier than that.

Ingredients
olive oil
sea salt
tomatoes on a vine
Directions
1Place tomatoes with the stem on a baking sheet with olive oil and salt.
2Roast at 350° F for about 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and the skin begins to caramelize and bubble.
