Roasted Chickpeas with Sesame Seeds, Lemon and Thyme is a super healthy snack and full of protein.

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
½ teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
kosher salt
15 ounce can chickpeas, rinsed, drained and patted dry
lemon zest from 1 lemon
Directions
1Preheat the oven to 375º.
2In a bowl, whisk the olive oil, pepper flakes, paprika, sesame seeds, thyme and salt. Then stir in the dry chickpeas. Spread it on a baking sheet. Roast until crispy. Stir them around every 15 minutes. It takes about 45 - 50 minutes.
3Transfer the roasted chickpeas to a bowl an mix in the lemon zest.
