Pesto Panko Chicken Tenders

Pesto Panko Chicken Tenders are very flavorful and a great way to use up leftover pesto. It's baked instead of fried, which makes it healthier.

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cut into pieces

2 to 3 tablespoons store-bought pesto

1 cup panko bread crumbs

Directions

1Heat oven to 425° F.

2Place the chicken in the pesto, then into the panko. Place the chicken on a wire wrack over a baking sheet.

3Bake for 15 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165 degrees). Let rest for 5 minutes.
