It's baked instead of fried, which makes it healthier. Prep: 5 mins Cook: 15 mins Yields: 4 Servings Ingredients 4 chicken breasts, cut into pieces 2 to 3 tablespoons store-bought pesto 1 cup panko bread crumbs Directions 1Heat oven to 425° F. 2Place the chicken in the pesto, then into the panko. Place the chicken on a wire wrack over a baking sheet. 3Bake for 15 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165 degrees).
