Kiwi, Oranges with Candied Ginger and a Splash of Cointreau

Kiwi, Oranges with Candied Ginger and a Splash of Cointreau is such a light and refreshing dessert. It's great to serve after a heavy meal.

  • Yields: 4 Servings

Ingredients

1 tablespoon candied ginger, chopped

3 oranges, peeled and sliced

3 kiwis, peeled and sliced

3 tablespoons Cointreau

Directions

1Divide the kiwi and orange slices into bowls. Top each with some candied ginger. Pour in the Cointreau evenly into each bowl. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.

I think this looks amazing, and I always have Grand Marnier in the house!

Grand Marnier works well, should there not be a drop of Cointreau in the house.
