Ingredients
5.2-ounce package Boursin Cheese
3 ears corn, cut off the cobs
¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
Tajin, for serving (optional)
chips or baguette, for serving
Directions
1Preheat oven to 375° F. Place the Boursin cheese, corn, bell pepper, and green onions into an 8" x 8" baking dish.
2Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes, remove from the oven and stir. Serve with chips or sliced toasted baguette.
