How do I use all that wonderful fresh basil in my backyard? The answer is Grapefruit Basil Vodka Fizz! It's light and refreshing.
- Yields: Makes 1 Cocktail
Directions
1Muddle basil in bottom of tall glass; add ice, grapefruit juice, vodka and tonic. Stir, then top with a few drops bitters. Garnish with basil sprig.
