Garlic Red Potatoes with Parmesan Cheese

These potatoes are DELICIOUS! You must try them. The lemon juice makes it.

  • Yields: 4 Servings

Ingredients

2 pounds red potatoes, quartered

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 teaspoons garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 lemon, juiced

1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Place potatoes in an 8x8 inch baking dish.

3In a small bowl combine melted butter, garlic, salt and lemon juice; pour over potatoes and stir to coat.

4Bake, covered, in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over potatoes. Bake an additional 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
