Because my family is into anything to do with pickles... I made this Fried Pickle Dip, which is a creamy, tangy, and savory dip made with dill pickles, cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning. It is a popular appetizer or snack, and is often served with potato chips, pretzels, or vegetables.
Ingredients
1 cup whipped cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup dill pickles, diced fine
1 packet Ranch seasoning
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves garlic, grated
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (save some for garnish)
2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
Lemon Pepper seasoning
Thick potato chips or pretzels
Topping
¾ cup Panko, plus some for garnish
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
Directions
1Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
2Add panko and toss completing coating in butter.
3Cook until toasted. Set aside.
4Add all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix to combine.
