Ingredients
24 baby potatoes, sliced in half
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons za'atar
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Directions
1Pre-heat oven to 450° F and line a baking sheet with foil.
2In a small bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, za'atar, salt and pepper to coat. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast until crispy, about 20 - 30 minutes.
