Crispy Air Fryer Salmon is crispy and golden on the outside, yet buttery and juicy on the inside, all in just 15 minutes from start to finish. It's the easiest way to achieve perfectly cooked salmon every time! I have also included roasting it in the oven instructions, if you do not have an air fryer.

Ingredients
1 pound salmon, skin removed, patted dry and cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cornstarch
¾ teaspoon coarse kosher salt
1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
Directions
Air Fryer Method
1Mix the spices together in a small bowl.
2Toss the salmon cubes in the spices and oil until evenly coated.
3Place your salmon pieces in the air fryer. Air fry at 400° F for 8 minutes. Shake the a couple of times while cooking.
Oven Method
1Preheat the oven to 450℉. Add oil to the bottom of a sheet pan or use parchment paper.
2Pour the salmon onto the sheet pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
