Creamy Pasta with Broccoli & Bacon

This Creamy Pasta with Broccoli and Bacon is quick and a wonderful weeknight dinner. It's sure to satisfy your whole family. Sun-dried tomatoes give it a tangy and subtly sweet flavor, which pairs well with the saltiness of the bacon. You can also add chicken breast if you want to add more protein.

Directions
1Cook the pasta according to pack instructions, adding the broccoli to the pan for the last 5-6 minutes. Cook the bacon in a large frying pan for about 10 minutes, until golden, crisp, and cooked throughout. Remove from the pan and set aside, leaving a little of the fat behind.
2Add the cream and pesto to the pan and simmer for 2-3 minutes, until thickened. Drain the pasta and broccoli, reserving a little cooking water. Mix the pasta, broccoli and most of the bacon with the sauce, adding a dash of the cooking water, and season. Serve, topped with the remaining bacon.
